I rarely give 5 stars in any review, but Deb deserves it. She is more than punctual, usually arriving at a showing well ahead of time, and her knowledge of the local real estate market was a big help in our decision process. All around, a very professional approach.
 

My husband and I can not say enough great things about Deb. In a very hot market in Stratton where cash bids are still flying around and properties close seemingly overnight, Deb calmly and efficiently walked us through multiple bids until we found what we eventually purchased. In all that time, she kept our spirits up, provided us with daily up to date detailed information, and kept searching for new opportunities as well. She is easy to communicate with, honest in her assessments, and conducted numerous virtual tours for us sometimes in the middle of a snowstorm. Not all realtors share her integrity and professionalism. We closed on a property last Friday and Deb handled everything so smoothly. We can say that this sale would not have happened without Deb's expertise. She has extensive local knowledge and contacts to assist with whatever the buyer needs to finalize the sale.
